Useless Vodacom

Vodacom never ceases to amaze me, at how utterly useless they are as a mobile service provider. I`m constantly travelling between Europe and South Africa, so i need roaming on my phone, come to log into the Vodacom app this morning to find the balance i need to pay, and we`ll send you a security pin, this is when i realized the roaming function was no longer on my phone. the question is WHY have you taken roaming off my phone ? now i can`t get into my account to see what the balance is, so i can`t pay you, so then you`ll disconnect my service, because of your incompetence, WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT. Totally frustrated. if you even bother to contact me please don`t try to phone me you clowns have taken roaming off
