Useless Vodacom

I have had worst experience with Vodacom fiber to the home, I am in the 3rd week since the installation was done still no WiFi. Their call center agents are sending me from pillar to post with no solution, when I request they cancel my contact and come remove their connection, I am being threatened with cancellation fee yet they are failing to provide the service I signed up for.
