Useless Vodacom

My I phone 6s screen cracked. This after VODACOM sales agent sold me a top of the range cover, a gorilla screen, and MUST have insurance! Told phone to be written off and I must pay in R900. GREAT. Go back 24 hours later as told by VODACOM to collect new phone. NO NO. Insurance that sales agent put on my contract is wrong. I must pay in the difference of R3200 and an excess of R2400 and they will replace the phone???? FFS the screen cracked!!!!! This after holding for 20 minutes and then being cut off by them!!!!!<br>
