Useless Vodacom

There is no help you can recieve from Vodacom, i supported Vodacom interms of my devices, ive got two cellphone contracts am done with one and whenever i try to cancel it since am done paying i dont recieve any help, i went to the store they gave me a number to call only to find that its customer care, every time when i call i dont recieve help ive lost a lot interms of airtime and still cant cancel my contract that am long done paying
