Useless Vodacom

I'm exhausted by Vodacom and their debt collection agency, VVM. Last year, someone opened a *****ulent account using a copy of my ID. I went to Vodacom, who acknowledged that this happens frequently with online accounts. They stopped the account, which was linked to an unknown address and number. I went to the police, filed an affidavit, and sent all relevant information to the ***** department. Despite this, the harassment from their debt collection company began.

We explained the situation to them, and they stopped for a few months, only to start harassing us again. The reference number is I***.

The final straw came today when I received a Section 129 notice, along with multiple calls from VVM. This is unacceptable and extremely tiring, having to explain the situation repeatedly to their debt collectors. Vodacom , please tell me what must happen here.
