USELESS VODACOM

On 21 August 22 I wrote the following review..."On 11 Aug 22 I wrote this review..."I live in Rooihuiskraal North in Centurion, Pretoria. About 6 weeks ago, Vodacom was laying their fibre cables and so the pavement area was being dug up for cables to be laid. Once the cable were in, the digging crews filled in the trench but did not bother to compact the ground and so the trenches, for the past 5 weeks, look like giant mole hills all the way down the affected streets. This is poor workmanship and reflects poorly on Vodacom. I know it is Vodacom fibre as I asked the work (digging) supervisor which company was laying these cables and she said it was Vodacom. I would invite some response from Vodacom on this issue. A very unhappy resident..." On 12 Aug I received a call from a Vodacom rep who assured me that I would be contacted to get this job sorted out. Well for the last week I have heard NOTHING from ANYBODY, so thanks for nothing Vodacom"... To date, I have STILL heard NOTHING from Vodacom about this situation and NOTHING has been done to clean up the pavements of the affected street areas. I will now be taking photos and posting on ALL local Centurion Facebook groups and I will be contacting the local Ward councilor with all proof of effort in trying to get Vodacom to clean up THEIR mess they have created and just left behind. I continue to remain an EXTREMELY unhappy resident and very much a Vodacom hater
