USELESS VODACOM

Just want consumers to know that Vodacom has become a joke of a company. First of all when you write a review on Hellopeter they respond like they are attending to the problems but in fact nothing happens and no one from the company calls although it's stated that a consultant will. The other bigger problem is that they want to increase you monthly payment which I made clear when I spoke to the Agent that the contract amount has to be the said amount for the contract period of 24 months and I clearly stated that in my conversation. Now that I want a copy of that it suddenly is not available. If that is the case then my contract is in fact invalid. THIS IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. So future customers be aware because you to can end up with this kind of problems. Best advice is to look at other cellphone providers.
