Useless vodacom

Without Sibongilè Ngwenya my weekend would have been messed up, thanks to this lady. From sometime this week I couldn't access my whatsapp data bundles and if that wasn't enough, had to call and be on the call for 2hrs trying to get help with this useless Tobi robot and unhelpful human agents, who were unable to tell me that vodacom has problems with tickets non must be used, until today when I spoke to a very emphatic lady, thanks Sibongilè good deed never go unnoticed. Vodacom train your staff properly why must I be frustrated when you have people working and yet they aren't helping??
