Useless Vodacom

No signal for two months now. First they claim it was a defective device (3 phones in one month and the last one brand new) and suddenly vodaoff claims it is a structural problem to my age old home. Their technicians are lying through their teeth but our accounts must be paid on time. No wonder they are not the best service provider anymore.
