Useless Vodacom

I have NEVER in my life dealt with such unprofessional people. Online Vodacom, I took out a new contract with device of which it wasn't cheap!! Changed my delivery address with their confirmation department only for RAM to be sent to the wrong address. Made countless calls to Vodacom to find out they hadn't changed the address, then assured me they changed it to find out from RAM they waiting for confirmation from Vodacom regarding the change of address. The device has been sitting in RAM's depo for 6 days now and Vodacom has done NOTHING with regards to confirming. I have now canceled this contract with Vodacom and wait to see if they charge me for it which I'm sure they will because they are the most useless people/company I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
