Useless vodacom

I've requested a paid-up letter from vodacom twice this month. Everytime I'm told to wait 48 hours. NOTHING is then received!!!! Vodacom has not updated the credit bureaus since last year and I need this paid up letter to clear the negative status on bureau's. Vodacom is useless. Response on Hellopeter on other complaints are all the same....wonder if it's computer generated or do they actually resolve the complaints. I NEED THE PAID UP LETTER A.S.A.P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
