Useless Vodacom
Account was suspended (with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE) because apparently the account holder is DEAD, so I probably am writing this complaint from the GRAVE!!!! Called now to sort it out and everyone acts like they don't know what to do. Still have not been assisted after more than an HOUR ON THE PHONE! Vodacom is useless!

Thank for the reply, which is to absolutely no assistance to us. We sorted out the issue yesterday afternoon already, long before any response was received of assistance was given from Vodacom but after a long time that WE HAD TO SPEDN reassuring Vodacom that the account holder is alive and well.
Unfortunately, this did not last long as Vodacom again decided that they would like to suspended the account once more this morning. The reason this time? Yes you guessed it, death of the account holder! This is absolutely infuriating and a BREACH on the side of Vodacom that disconnects accounts / suspends accounts without any notice and without the proper documentation.
After some more time spent on the phone with Vodacom, addressing the exact same issues, they reconnected the account. Hopefully everyone at Vodacom is now on the same page, and everyone realised that THE ACCOUNT HOLDER IS NOT DEAD!!!
Vodacom, please just do EVERYONE a favour and wake up!!
