USELESS VODACOM

Took out a contract with Vodacom for my Sony Xperia Z2 smartphone. Upon my request I ordered a black coloured phone. I was told they are out of stock and I will wait 2 weeks for new stock to arrive. After2 weeks I phoned 082 178 44 (which is NOT told free), I was told my purchase order has not been sent through yet! So I was told I will be contacted when the purchase order has been sent through..... I was not contacted, I emailed to find out the status on the order, got send back an email saying they do not reply via email. I phoned numerous times only to have a sarcastic women say \you can always go to another supplier". My order is going on 5 WEEKS WITH NO INDICATION OF WHEN I WILL RECIEVE MY PHONE. I get NO indication of where the shipment is or when will it arrive!!! Extremely dissatisfied customer!!!! Nor DO I EVER RECEIVE ANY FEED BACK FROM VODACOM"""
