useless vodacom

after my son's phone was ****** and i emailed to blacklist which you never did - i have the email proving it - and then battling to get ITC number my son has not been able to use phone because i apparently owe money on the contract (???) and he can't use it. i have had *****s call me after complaining on facebook and still nothing, i must ask if vodacom specialises in using the most idiotic people. <br> <br> is there ANYONE at vodacom that gives a darn about this.
