USELESS VODACOM
Useless!! Try to solve an issue regarding a vodabucks voucher which the store claimed I cannot use, but the people at vodacom is clueless of whom one has to spoke to to solve the problem. Phoned more than 12 times on one day and everytime have to hold on for 30 min before they dropping the line. Everytime a new agent with another story. The voucher is going to expire in the next couple of days.

06 Oct 2022, 06:45The problem is still not solved as the lady who promised to sort it out disappeared into thin air without solving the problem. The voucher in query is going to expire tommorrow. I phoned again yesterday and again more promises - your Vodabucks progtam is a ****!!!!
