Useless vodacom

Posted a complaint on hellopeter a few weeks back , got a response from vodacom saying that they will contact me which the did eventually and asked me to provide them with information about the problem and also contact details

Woman i talked to asked a few question which one of them was about my actual address that she cant find it on google maps and that i need tp semd them gps co ordinates I answered saying that if she reads the email i sent her that she wil see that i did infact include the gps co ordinates she kept quiet for a moment and said ohh she sees the co ordinates which tells me that they didnt really read my email

After a few other questions she said that a technician will contact me within 3 working days

Surprise surpise it never happened

Vodacom is completely useless
