Useless Vodacom

Vodacom Shop Protea Glen. The most useless service ever, after days of trying to get assistance with my Sim swap the consultant hardly tried to assist me. They kept saying there's an issue with my number and they can't assist. No escalation nothing I was left to figure it out on my own as if I work there. It has been an awful service both from the shop and vodacom itself, I am still without my number cause apparently there's an issue with my number that I have been using more than 10 years.
