Useless Vodabuck store Round 2

Vodobucks store is absolutely useless, don't bother buying from them. They have no direct contact number and you have to be routed through multiple departments to get an answer.

I asked for an order to be cancelled 5 mins after placing it. I've called in 3 times, and each time I am told nobody has logged anything. They also said they will send me a reference number, and they basically just sent me an sms saying they are working on it, with no reference number.

Im not going to bother calling in again, Im going to log a chargeback with the bank, Vodacom can deal with the admin.
