Useless Useless Vodacom

I visited four Vodacom shops in the east rand mall to try and replace a battery in my Samsung Trend Neo and not one of them had any in stock that would fit although the spare parts containers stated that they were for that particular phone. I said I wanted the phone checked and they tried to put me off until Tuesday as it was too much trouble. Guess who will be changing service providers when my contract expires! No wonder this country is in a mess. people want a job but they don't want to work. Lazy oxygen *******!!
