Useless unwanted Vodacom App

I cannot believe the nightmare & great inconvinience Vodafone protect has caused, the worst part is that, that silly useless app was installed by a consultant who was setting up my phone at Vodaworld, why he did it & who requested him to install it only the devil knows as I am now stuck with a new phone that has been locked & as always the ever so not helpful & *********** call center agents once again do not hesitate to let me know how they can absolutely not do anything to assist me, I a bed bound mother to an infant who was birthed a week ago need to go back to vodaworld in Midrand leaving my house in Pretoria West to look for the agent who installed the app to assist me & unistall it-wow! What a helpful solution. Thanks yet again Vodacom for your stinky & ridiculous service, I your loyal customer for years am once again left with a problem not caused by myself unhelped, frustrated,greatly inconvenienced, livid & appalled but guess what- not surprised at all at the responses I received within the 48hours since my new phone has been locked by your hopelessly idiotic *********** call center agents.
