useless to contact vodacom customer care

I was calling customer care from my vodacom cellphone, they only give U numbers to push and then say what the problem might be. I wanted to contacted them because mu friend has recharged me with R149 airtime and I did NOT received and a 1GB data, the data I got BUT I di NOT get the Airtime. And I did not made a call that wouldve used R149 in a few minutes.
