Useless staff who get paid for God knows what

What an embarrassment of a store your Jabulani mall branch is, the service is something else, i Don’t know how you train your staff but it obviously isn’t working, the staff are just in their own world and I believe there was a promoter working torn Hisense who was the most rude little thing I had to encounter she paid no mind to me when I walked in and comments that we just walked in, she held the sanitizer in her hand and never offered it to me I walked in without sanitizing my hands and didn’t even come to check if I was okay.
