USELESS STAFF AND THEFT OF MONEY

Vodacom is the most useless operators ever. I have been fighting, calling, given references when canceling a product yet they cant even do that. They keep deducting and deducting out of my account and nothing is done. These ppl are the most useless staff and managers i have ever seen. References - ***

Same old answer for the past 8 years. Quick to deduct money from my account but to refund is another story. I will finish my contract and leave vodacom for ever. Bunch of ******
