Useless staff

I upgraded online, i then asked for the playstation which you get free with part of the upgrade. I was informed that the playstation is out of stock so i cant get it. i then got my new phone and 2 days later a friend upgraded and received a playstation. i reversed my upgrade and Vodacom collected my phone but the upgrade is still not reversed, this is a week ago that my phone was collected, I try calling but there is never any answer and when i do get through to someone they always pass the buck to another department.
