Useless social bundles

This vodacom social bundles does not work i have bought it 3 if not 4 times in the past 2 weeks instead it keeps taking my data including this morning, i even followed the link on the sms i got after buying about subscription but still, it's painful to buy something that u can't use, vodacom please fix this

Will be waiting for that call, i contacted vodacom and got no useful help
