Useless SMS roaming
<p>I tried to activate SMS roaming as I was leaving the country as indicated on the Vodacom site. I used all the methods they suggested. I received SMS notification that I did not qualify for the service. I spent 12 minutes holding on for an agent at their call centre. I had to end the call as my flight was leaving. Their site is completely misleading. I had similar issues trying to activate this service last year. When I renew my contract in 4 months I will definitely try another provider. </p>

Your site falsely claims that SMS roaming can be switched on by a simple SMS. This is misleading advertising. Your call centre is ridiculous.
