Useless service Vodacom Please cancel my contract

Vodacom i have no words, your service are really bad, after how many phone calls you still did not sort out my New contract issue. a contract that i did not even want, all i wanted was an upgrade now i need to pay for 2 contracts. can i please get my contracts canceled so that i can make use of another service provider, this is going on for a month now.

I have spoken to an Ismail Ncube as well who said he will phone me back sorry my friend useless service from you this is almost a month ago
