USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER - minus 5 star rating

<p>this is my third complaint on this site regarding the same issue. This Useless Service Provider, reads teh customers email and ignores them. The email started in response to my initail complaint yet there is a lack of communication. i also see that the were other complaints logged on this site with the same complaint regarding the black friday specials. please stop wasting my precious time and get my upgrade sorted out. or refer to me to someone more competent to deal with customers. i would really love to move to another service provider but the problem is that i would have to change numbers. </p>
