Useless service provider

I feel like the ****ming part is inside job. You can't simswap an active sim working. The ****mer are within that's why even if we are complaining they don't care. It's one of the poorest service providers I ever used. Now that ****mer asked for money from my contacts and if it wasn't the issue of simswap, I wouldn't have been where I am today. Allowing simswap while my phone is on.
