Useless service provider
I have attempted to redeem my talking points for a cellphone but havent been able to get assistance from vodacom. I went to the vodacom store at the centurion mall and the consultant had system issues at which point he promised to contact me when it was resolved. It's been two weeks and no one has sorted my issue!!! What does one have to do to get assistance!!!
