Useless Service in getting Contract Set up

Trying to get 2 numbers onto contract for NGO that does Search and Rescue. Went along with all the signatories, RICA etc, went back with 3 months worth of bank statements and waited for Vodacom to process. After 2 months called, said they would call back. I called about 10 times over the last week, and get responses like they are busy with a client and will call back, the system is down (3 times now this was the response), the supervisor needs to check, and promising to call back which they have not done once. That i must call back in 5 minutes, but when i call back 5 hrs later, nothing has been done. Absolutely useless.
