Useless Service From Vodacom Rossini Blvd Vanderbijlpark

I've Upgraded my contract nearly 4 weeks ago and did not receive the new phone and PS4 to date. The Customer Service at Vodacom Vanderbijlpark Rossini Boulevard is non existing. They cannot give me an estimated date when i will receive the Upgraded goods. The excuse is always the same: " The supply centre cannot give a date". The service at this particular Shop is less than non existing.
