Useless service from VODACOM BUSINESS Division

I'd prefer to rate Vodacom a 0 actually!!!!!! Worse than Terrible.

Since November 2019 - to date (19 Feb 2020) My contract came up for renewal and I opted for a deal advertised on Black Friday for a business package. So I signed up and I’m still waiting!!! 3 months later, many an email and many an hour wasted on the phone to more excuses and such frustration. I have been a contract customer with Vodacom for over 18 years and I am appalled at the dismal service I have received. Each month there’s a new excuse why it hasn’t been done! Shocking service Vodacom!
