Useless service even worse excuses
I handed in my Samsung A5 and a week later got a phone call to say that the sim card reader is damaged and it would cost me R3100 - my phone is 6 months old. I bought a product from your store which is damaged, it is not my fault i now need to repair it, I have not dropped it, put it any where near water and i have not stuck or downloaded anything strange to it. Which means i have NOT voided your warranty T's and C's but yet you REFUSE to repair it for free?. No where in the warranty agreement does it say anything about a sim reader. I now have to fetch said phone which has not been fixed...and trying to get out of a contract is even more complicated.
