useless service

I have ordered a phone from vodacom on the 12 march 2020 and same day i was told my application has been approved. the next day on a Friday they tell me my order is at dispatch for delivery. a week later my order is still in dispatch and i have been calling them everyday and they are telling me the same story and when i ask them to follow up and give me feedback they agree but never call back me back and when i follow up the keep telling me the same thing. I told them they rather cancel the contract as they are not willing to deliver the device. The level of service i got its really upsetting. i wish i can cancel the current contract that i have with them
