Useless service as usual

It's been 3 weeks now...still waiting for someone to call me to upgrade my contract...I have never come across a more useless company in my life...they just dont care about their customers...I need to move to another cell provider.

I'm still waiting for the confirmations team to call me to confirm the order...will this take another 3 weeks??? Have you guys seen how many bad reviews you get...come on get your service sorted.
