Useless service as usual

<p>My voicemail worked perfectly - now out of the blue I need to reconfigure my voicemail to be able to retrieve urgent business voice messages. No prior notification, no "do I want me voicemail to change", yet another password to remember, no communication whatsoever from this incredibly arrogant while persistently useless service provider. No idea of how many steps I am away in the reconfigure process to actually getting the voicemail I'm trying to retrieve, I don't have time for this kind of poor service and lack of communication.</p>
