Useless service and product
Bought a powerflex contract and one should pay via credit card monthly to stay active. The months has past and no one at vodacom or a vodashop knows how the contract works, so my contract has not been recharge as i cant do payment in any form .

09 Apr 2024, 20:33So what does that mean, can only have the powerflex till end of march and then it falls away? If that is the case vodacom has fooled me and misinterpreted the conditions. And what about the ones that was taken out end of feb 2024 and end of march Surely it should have renewed then?

09 Apr 2024, 20:39Even manual eft payments were made , and still Vodacom indicates that the account numbers is incorrect, so the vodacom app formation is then incorrect?, i have my first number/contract with vodacom since 1999 till know. This is how you treat loyal clients, seem to move on and also share my experience with my 150 business client base

Even manual eft payments were made , and still Vodacom indicates that the account numbers is incorrect, so the vodacom app formation is then incorrect?, i have my first number/contract with vodacom since 1999 till know. Someone from Vodacom needs to explain in detail as i this make no sense, get a contract for about 5 months and then stops?
I am not leaving it here as i had already paid R5,000 in additional fees /topups/data etc just to have the CONTRACTS in working order.
