Useless service and nobody can do there job

I am so tired of Vodacom now again no answer or feed cancellions didn't do there job and still no reply I am going to contact the omnibus man and will sue vodacom for neglected for not doing their job since February we are struggling to close a account went to open a new contract deal without informing us. I want this matter resolved before 4 today otherwise I will take further action against Vodacom will also get Carte Blanche involved. I have already sent a email to Carte Blanche.
