Useless service and no follow up

Three months later and I am still trying to upgrade my contract. Vodacom: you are full of false promises. Useless service. I requested a return call which never happened. I am still unable to upgrade in store after my issue was escalated to the technical department. Time to move to another network and take my other contracts with me.
