Useless service

In November I called vodacom to cancel my two contract number which are:*** and *** and I called from the following number:*** at first I spoke to Brian in K and he reassured that he had loaded the cancelation. On Saturday I called customer care to confirm if the cancelation was loaded and it wasn't loaded and I was put through to cancelation to try to cancel my contracts again and I spoke to Zanele and she also told me that she loaded the cancelation. On Monday called customer care again to confirm the cancelation and still the cancelation was not done. I'm so tired and I don't know what to do anymore, I want this two contracts cancelled cause I'm not prepared to pay for them in January.
