Useless service

Once again Vodacom is useless having many contracts with url as they come to an end i am moving it to a diff netwok my mum has a blackberry and she loaded bis on the 2nd still not working vodacom keeps giving us waitng periods but no reply, so she paid R60 for it for a month use and already one week wasted , number *** Please sort out problem or she will switch to another network, my details are R Naidoo ***
