Useless service

My number ***. <br> VODACOM is the most useless service provider. I upgraded online over a month ago. <br> They did not have stock so it was put on order pending. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. <br> I went to Vodaworld and tried to cancel. Big fail on their part. <br> I call and they are still unable to help me. This is going on for the past 2 weeks. <br> Reference numbers: s3-852k-k0z4k<br> S3-85m7w-wm8i<br> <br> Wonder if you even have the decency to call me and finally resolve. Get somebody who knows what they are doing please. I will cancel and move to another provider.
