Useless service

I tried doing an online upgrade Monday 8 May, for my one number, but kept on getting errors so I phoned them to do it telephonically. I was told the handset and accessory pack was in stock and would be delivered in the week, only finding out today (11 May) that it is actually on back order and no one can tell me when they will be receiving stock.

Tried doing another online upgrade today (11 May), only to find out the deal was placed but no handset was allocated to it (i.e it was placed as a sim only deal, although I was upgrading with a phone included). Tried cancelling to re-place the order with the handset (as I initially did) over the phone, but the staff hung up on me.

This is PATHETIC service and unless you offer me some compensation for wasting my time every single time I try to do an upgrade, I will be cancelling three of my Vodacom contracts.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Providing me with a copy paste message is not service, again you are just providing NO services.

How about rather getting that "consultant" to contact me ?

Thanks a lot to the social media team who have been a great help, especially Sebastian Dreyer. At least they make it a priority to resolve the issues clients are faced with at Vodacom.
