Useless service

Service given by vodacom is absolutely appalling. Your consultants are clearly not trained well. With regards to questions regarding your contracts. Asking for copies of your contract to be sent to you via email firstly never gets done. Secondly when your costumer calls your call center they get ****ty service a consultant that talks over them and really no advice or answer as to why they were calling in the first place... Will not recommend vodacom to anyone. As soon as my contract is done you will be losing a loyal customer. Pathetic really.
