useless service
Good Day i am dissapointed and distugted in the service i received from Vodacom, i was for a uprgrade last year June 2018, i received a call from a sales guy giving me the different deals on Sim only contracts, so the agent offered me the smart S + contract which comes with 200anytime minutes 500MB and 100 Sms on top of that for free he said Vodacom will give you 250MInutes for 24months for free and 5GB for free i said cool thats well worth it how much will it cost me Incl of Vat R253.00. i said cool i will take this deal. from June till September 2018 everything was fine October came i started getting billed for the Free stuff that was intially giving for free, i have logged several calls since then last year and now we in May 2019 and still have not being assisted and solved, i have been calling several times and been promised that it will be rectified and resolved up to now no one has assisted. i would never take any cellphone with Vodacom again the service i receive is distugting and useless.
