Useless service

I have tried so many times to get hold of their leagal department and to no avail. They are the most *********** bunch. They allow me to be handed over with no initial attempt at contacting me prior to this. I have now paid my account and want to contact a human being in the call center and just cannot get hold of anyone. They have too many automated nonsense to hide behind. There is no human touch in their processes. I can not even transact in closing the account in a store. A nightmare organization. worst off i can not even close my account.Please can some one assist me I just want to close my account. Useless bunch!!!!
