Useless service

Since 4am this morning i have'nt had any connection to the net or recieve calls or make any call how.I called vodacom call centre and they did not know what was happening.Disapointed at the service I had to go to go to a wifi hot sport to use the net. Why should i buy data or contiune use vodacom if thier severice is so bad. Worst network provider thus far, no notification what so ever
