After numerous emails and calls, all you get is promises! I see they made headlines because they don't cancel contracts etc. A huge fine..... But the incompetence will stay!! My letter to them! I am still waiting for your thieving company to contact me!! Your billing department was supposed to do an investigation anD come back me regarding the money you stole from me! Or so you promised!!?? I will report you on Hello Peter...... Again. And the onbudsman or whoever I need to contact regarding your thieving practices!!
