useless repair centre

Sent my phone in in the beginning of November 2014, and 6 months later I have heard nothing. I phoned them and was told it had been ready for collection since April 10th, yesterday went to go pick it up and was told there was a miscommunication. It had not been fixed at all, and it's been 6 months! This service is appalling. Never had such great service. I was told that they never received a go ahead, but I was told on the phone that it was ready and everything was fine.
